Not too long ago, the CEO of a building products company asked TotalCom to design and install all their voice communications systems in a brand-new 34,000 square foot facility. When the job was finished, he wrote to say “It’s great when a company name says everything about that company. TotalCom - total communication, total service, total installation and total caring”
We started out in 1993 with a focus on telecommunications systems – and we still are a recognized leader for that service – the “Com” in our name has grown to include other meanings as well. We now work in security, CCTV, access control, fire alarm protection, voice/data, paging, intercom, sound masking, and audio/visual.
But as our delighted customer Sam said, the most important part of our name will always be the “Total” part.
