STANDARD LABOR RATE SCHEDULE

As of September 1, 2022

Labor Rates for all services including CCTV, Voice/Data, Security, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Phone System, & Paging System – response time within 72 hours

Drive Time is door to door – Inside and Outside Bexar County (1-to-3-day service request lead time).

Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. For all service, drive time starts and stops from our office located at 12150 Valliant, San Antonio, TX 78216

1. Voice/Data $125.00 per man hour(2 hour minimum)
2. Access Control, CCTV, & Intrusion $165.00 (2 hour minimum)
3. Fire Alarm: $195.00 per man hour. (2 hour minimum)
4. IT Services: $175.00 per man hour (2 hour minimum)
5. Project Design & Consulting Work: $295.00 per hour + any incurred expenses

Monday – Friday Emergency Service Rate (Onsite within 6 hours) is $205.00 per man hour. (2 hour minimum) Drive time starts and stops from our office located at 12150 Valliant, San Antonio, TX 78216

Saturday or Sunday all day $225.00 per man per hour (2 hour minimum) Drive time starts and stops from our office located at 12150 Valliant, San Antonio, TX 78216

Overtime Labor Rate

Monday – Friday before 8:00 a.m. or after 5:00 p.m. $205.00 per man per hour (2 hour minimum)

Saturday or Sunday all day $205.00 per man per hour (2 hour minimum)

Holiday Labor Rate

Holiday all day $245.00 per man per hour. (4 hour minimum)

All Service Request will have a Mandatory trip charge of $50.00 billed for each site visit inside Bexar County. Anything outside Bexar County will have a mileage rate of 50 cents per mile from our office located at 12150 Valliant, San Antonio, TX 78216.
